Our content is the product of a “Human-Supervised AI” model. We use technology to analyze factual reports from news agencies and generate first drafts, which are then substantively reviewed, edited, and approved by our human editorial team to ensure quality and alignment with our standards.

2. User Accounts and Membership

To access certain features of the Site, such as premium content and the ability to comment, you may be required to register for an account and purchase a subscription.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your “My Account” page. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term. You will continue to have access to premium content until the end of that term.
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

4. User-Generated Content and Code of Conduct

Subscribers may have the ability to post comments and participate in community discussions (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you agree to the following Code of Conduct:

You are solely responsible for the content you post.
You will not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful.
You will not post content that constitutes a direct and credible incitement to violence against any individual or group.
You will not post spam, unauthorized commercial solicitations, or chain letters.
You grant Patriot News 24/7 a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Site.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content for any reason, particularly for violations of this Code of Conduct. We may terminate or suspend the accounts of users who violate these rules.
